Hello and welcome to The Talent Community. I am an experienced Executive Recruiter and D&I Leader, passionate about Diversity, Inclusion and Equality and the role recruitment plays especially when it comes to recruiting diverse and unrepresented talent. I am on a mission to make organisations more diverse and inclusive and to equip them with the knowhow to be change agents.
I founded Inclucive.co.uk, a D&I Consultancy and Allyship.co.uk - a community for Allies to learn, connect and fully understand the discrimination faced by Black and Minority groups.
I am now building this community to ensure that organisations wanting to recruit diverse talent no longer have the excuse of saying they cannot find any. This community will consist of 5 groups - Group 1 - HR, Talent, D&I Group 2 - Technology Group 3 Marketing and Sales, Group 4 - Up & Coming D&I Talent, Group 5 - Graduates
